Return and Refund Policy

Refunds: If you receive a damaged product or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we ask that you follow these steps to initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@zolinaturals.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide photo evidence of the damaged product or a detailed explanation of why you are unsatisfied with the product.
  3. Our customer support team will review your case and respond with further instructions.

Refund Process: Once we have received and reviewed your photo evidence and explanation, we will process your refund if the situation meets our criteria. Please allow 14 days for us to process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions: Please note that refunds will not be issued for products that have been damaged due to improper use or handling. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the situation does not align with our policy.
